Sana 2011, at its 23rd edition, confirmed as an international vitrine of the organic and natural sectors in the heart of the Mediterranean project but above all in the heart of our Region where culture, information and professional updating are the basic ingredients to make of the show a real reference point.  Just a few numbers can give us the idea of the role of Sana, an event able to present all certified organic products and able to offer a sort of equilibrium in the exchange with Biofach, leader trade fair considered, with no doubt, the top one all over the world as far as the organic sector is concerned. At Sana  2011 were present over 600 exhibitors, more than 25.000 visitors, b2b events, top quality meetings and conventions able to offer updated information and statistics. A lot of side-events have completed the success of Sana 2011, like for example, Sana off in the city centre. Also for the edition 2011 of Sana, a fair where our Consortium has taken part for many years, we were ready with many products in the news: extra virgin olive oil form Rimini hills, jams from ancient recipes and based on rare fruit, new packaging for couscous with legumes and rice with legumes and curry, a cream from green walnuts and nuts in syrup, organic apple vinegar, organic wines from the autoctonous grape Tundè, pasta from organic baobab flour, bakery products and also the new packaging for complete flour and kamut flour branded Almaverde bio, a brand recently acquired by Molino Spadoni.
